When you provide us with the required documents and secure your account, we are in a better position to comply with all required rules and regulations enforced on us, and also prevent fraud and account hijacking
All documents you provide us are stored on a dedicated server with only an authorised personnel access. Copies of credit cards are checked and made PCI Compliant if the image is not already so, by blacking out the middle 6 digits of the card and the CVC/Security Code on the back of the card.
All uploaded documents are scanned by an approved Anti Virus program. Processed documents are stored on a server that can only be accessed from our secure payments room
To confirm your identity, please upload a scan of your Identity Card. Alternative documents: Passport, Drivers License. Additional documents: selfie with National ID/Passport/Driving license.
To confirm your address, please upload scan of a Utility Bill (not older than 3 months), showing your name and address. Alternative documents: Water/Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Bank statement
To confirm your financial account, please upload scans of your card (both sides) or an inward account`s page with personal data
